One of this year's hottest debut artists is without a doubt Elmira, NY emcee Rome Clientel, which was clearly proven by his excellent "The Lost Catacombs" EP. Word is that Rome is already working on his next project/mini album/EP, which should be ready sometime before the end of this summer.
