I haven't had the time to write the final installments in [Best of 2012 Reviews] but I can reveal that the best album of the year according to The Lost Tapes is Roc Marciano's "Reloaded". And it's now clear that Roc isn't even taking a break as he's already letting loose of another hot self-produced joint in the same vein of that masterpiece of an album; "Bally Belts".
