It's definitely a great end of the year for Wu heads, as we of course are getting the first new Clan album since 2007's underrated "8 Diagrams" on December 2, but there's a lot of solo projects on the horizon. Almost coming out of nowhere (had anyone heard anything about this coming?), Inspectah Deck lets loose a sick, free album dedicated to his mother, the late Cynthia Hunter. Read Deck's word on the project below and check it out below. Peace to Jammin for this great find and of course peace to Deck for continuing keeping it live on the mic. Via Audiomack.

This mixtape isnt meant to sell a million copies nor save hip hop but its solely for those who HAVE soul and are in touch with it. Download FREE Listen and ENJOY! RIP MS HUNTER! #Thought4Food #CynthiasSon"
I'm pretty sure he mentioned he would release a tape called "Cynthia's Son" a while back, but never gave a release date or mentioned it was free. Then he dropped Get On Deck and The Regular. Then out of nowhere, this appears.ReplyDelete
