It seems cousins Consequence and Q-Tip has patched things up and got down to some new music as the latter provides the production on Cons' latest single "Trust Fund Baby" that will make its way to his "Curb Certified 2" tape. The Abstract still knows how to make a track thump, I'm feeling that bass which comes out just right when the piano layer is added on top; sick! Spotted @ 2DBz.
In related news, Q-Tip has revealed that he's signed a deal with Kanye West's G.O.O.D. Music imprint and is currently recording his next solo album, "The Last Zulu" which he hopes to put out for the world to hear in 2013. It's great to see such a legendary innovator still being on top of his game. Well deserved.
