Kevin Hansford, better known to the true hip-hop head, as K-DEF has been responsible for some of the finest music since the early '90s to 2012. From his days as Marley Marl's right hand man, to his solo productions and immaculate beat tapes, to his recent releases on Redefinition Records, 'Def has made it's impact as one of the most underrated beat geniuses of all time. He's constantly releasing dope 7" singles and EP:s, as well as practicing beat tapes on his Soundcloud page.
The latest upload on the S.C. page is an almost three minutes long excursion in a sort of eerie, boom bap greatness that could only come from the man himself.
